Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will only be accepted if made within 24 hours of placing the order and before any service work has commenced.

Once the development, training, setup, or customization of the service has started, cancellations cannot be processed.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where:

  • The service has not been delivered as described.
  • Major technical issues, caused solely by Synthra AI, prevent service usage and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days and will be credited using the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain services are non-refundable once initiated, including but not limited to:

  • Customized AI solutions
  • Consulting and strategy sessions
  • Subscription-based digital services after activation
